Very Disappointed with Starex Global's Service. I’m extremely disappointed with Starex Global. Their delivery times are unreasonably long — I’ve been waiting for my package since last Sunday, and there has been no meaningful update or progress. The courier service is poorly organized and unreliable. There seems to be no coordination, no clear communication, and absolutely no urgency in getting packages to customers. This kind of service is unacceptable in 2025, especially when customers expect basic efficiency and transparency. I will definitely avoid using Starex Global in the future and do not recommend it to anyone expecting timely delivery and professional service.
